Tea Hibiscus

The drink produced from the flowers of the hibiscus contains antioxidants, citric acid, vitamins, led by Vitamin C, unsaturated fatty acids.

Removes from the body the free radicals, toxins, reduces cholesterol levels in the blood and helps get away from stress, chronic fatigue, colds and infectious diseases. 

This tea has diuretic property.

Store in a dry, dark, cool place for 3 years.

Preparation Method

Place the teabag in a teapot or a large glass, add 250-500 ml boiling water and close to insist. Drink after 10-30 minutes. Optionally honey or lemon can be added.
